Used to make dinosaurs for my nephew's birthday cake. They were perfect for fondant. Thick and sturdy enough that they molded well, yet easy to manipulate to get the fondant out without mashing it out of shape. Just make sure to dust the inside with cornstarch first. If you were going to use these for a chocolate mold, I would recommend putting them on a cookie sheet as they might be too flimsy to hold up to that. They make fairly large dinosaurs. One dinosaur covered approximately two cupcakes (See photo). Very easy to wash. I would highly recommend.
